Below you’ll find some frequently asked questions we receive from many of our clients.

Gatherings are quoted on an individual basis and is based on event size, season, duration, date, and requested space.

Fireworks are not allowed. Sparkers are allowed in front of the barn, past the sidewalk.

Yes, you can have either one. The barn is on the back of the farm, so it is private. The property is in a residential area, so music will need to end by 10:00 pm.

We only have one event per day. You have exclusive use of the property, on the day of the event.

We have a preferred list of caterers, but we are open to talking with anyone you may want to use. They must be professionals and have liability insurance.

You must use one of our preferred bartending services for events over 8 guests. 

Events up to 8 guests will allow for beer & wine alcoholic beverages only.

All events must be over by 11:00 pm. All music must be off by 10:30 pm. 

While there is an option to just rent the space, we also offer full service. All rentals include event date onsite support to help with vendor coordination.

Downtown Apex

Park your car and explore the downtown Apex shops along Salem Street on foot. Wander up and down the sidewalk and you will discover colorful buildings, beautifully restored specialty stores and antique shops, and terrific locally owned restaurants, cafes, and bars.

Beaver Creek

Beaver Creek Crossings is a large shopping center with restaurants, movie theatre, Defy Gravity Jump zone, and more.

Waverly Place

Open-air shopping, kids’ playground, delicious dining, and a variety of entertainment including crafting and movie theatre.

Apex Nature Park

The park is split into two distinct sections: the Apex Nature Park and the Seymour Athletic Fields.

Jordan Lake State Park

Jordan Lake State Recreation Area includes seven access areas that provide plenty of camping, boating, and swimming opportunities.
